I’m Justice Bartels, a business leader, entrepreneur and mentor. My career spans consumer technology, retail sales, property investment and community work.

I started on the shop floor at Dixons Carphone and went on to leadership roles with Huawei, OnePlus and OPPO, including Head of UK & Ireland Retail at Robosen Robotics. I’ve seen first-hand how clear strategy meets customer experience, product value and the people delivering it.
